 King Of England (1660-1685)

He was the second son of Charles I and Henrietta, Maria Of France.


27. James II (1633-1701)
King Of England ( 1685-1688)

He was the second surviving son of Charles I and became Duke Of York in 1643. He was Charles II’s   younger brother. In 1659, he secretly married Anne, daughter of Edward Hyde and she bore him two daughters, Mary and Anne. They eventually became queens.


28. William III (1650-1702)
King Of England, Scotland & Ireland (1689-1702)


He was the son of William II, Stadholder Of The Netherlands and Mary, the daughter of Charles I, King Of England. In 1677, he married his cousin, Mary, daughter of James II, Duke Of York, then later King Of England.


29. Mary II (1662-1694)
Queen Of  England ( 1689-1694)


She was the elder daughter of James II and his first wife, Anne Hyde. She married her cousin, William Of Orange. William III. She supported her husband against her father in the English revolution of 1688. They were joint sovereigns- King William III by invitation from parliament, and she, the hereditary heir.



30.Anne (1665-1714)
Queen Of England, Scotland &Ireland( 1702-1707)
After the Act Of Union, Queen Of Great Britain &Ireland(1707-1714)
She was the second daughter of James II and his first wife, Anne Hyde. She was the last of  the Stuart monarchs.

The Queen, Her Majesty, Elizabeth II

  Queen Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926. She was named Elizabeth Alexandria Mary Windsor during her christening. She is the eldest daughter of King George VI, who was still the Duke of York at the time, and Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. Princess Elizabeth’s early years as a child were spent at 145, Piccadilly. It was a London house her parents took shortly after her birth, also at White Lodge in Richmond Park.
